1. Click on "My Account / Order Status" from the top, right-hand side of any page on our website (or click here).

2. Log in to your account
3. Click "Review orders / track packages"

Your order history will appear. Each order record will show the status of your order under the "status" column.
How to change order quantity

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from above
2. Click "Change quantities / cancel orders

3. Click "View or Change order " next to the order you'd like to change.

4. Click the button that says "need to change quantities or edit an item?

5. Change the quantity of any item in the quantity box.
6. Click "Save Changes"
How to cancel your order
1. Follow steps 1-4 from "How to change order quantity"
2. Set quantities on all items to zero (0).

4. You will be taken to a page that says "Are you sure you want to delete your entire order? If you are sure, click "Continue"

Do I have to pay tax?

There are no taxes if both your billing and shipping addresses are outside the state of Missouri. Shipments to countries other than the United States may incure taxes, duties and fees upon delivery.

When is my card charged?

Your credit card is charged for the due amount at the time you finalize your order. If you decide to cancel your order, you will have to contact us at 1-877-Pearl-11 or by email at service@nationalpearl.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund with no processing fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the four major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express and through PayPal.

You may also make payment by mailing a personal check or money order. Your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared. Checks may take up to 10 business days to clear.

How do I buy a gift certificate?

To buy a gift cerficicate for someone, click here.

You will be asked if you'd like to send your gift cerficiate via email or to have one printed and mailed. Make your selection, then fill out the appropriate information, add to cart and continue with the checkout process.

How do I use a gift certificate?

The recipient of the gift certificate must open an account with National Pearl in order to redeem it.

After doing so, simply click here to enter your gift cerficiate code.

Enter the code and click "apply". The amount of the gift certificate will be applied to the account being used to redeem it. The value of the gift certificate will be subtracted from the order total at checkout.

What is your return policy?

National Pearl has a very low return rate and more than 96% of our customers are very pleased with their jewelry. Of the small percentage of returns we do receive, most of them are not based on satisfaction of the product, but other reasons (example: a customer's wife already had pearls or preferred another gift)

We honor our guarantee 100% of the time with no exceptions (when conditions listed below are met), no hassles, and with no questions asked. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and have had zero complaints for any reason whatsoever.

90-Day Guarantee

Any merchandise purchased from National Pearl may be returned to us for any reason within ninety (90) days of date of purchase with the following conditions:

1. Jewelry must be returned in original condition.
2. You must return any items included in your order including free items sent as a promotion and jewelry box(es).
3. You must send copies or originals of the packing slip and Certificate of Authenticity with your return.

If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to you with these possible deductions:

1. 1. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. If your jewelry required customization, the cost incurred by National Pearl to customize your jewelry will be deducted from your refund. For necklaces and bracelets, the normal cost for customization is $1.00 per inch with a $10 minimum deduction for each customized piece.

There are absolutely no restocking, processing or hidden fees for returned orders when they meet the conditions stated above with the following exception: Items offered in the "sale & clearance" section or in monthly customer appreciation sales may have a restocking fee of up to 15%. How do I ship a return?

For a refund, you must include the jewelry in original condition, the jewelry box sent with your order, and originals or copies of your packing slip and certificate of authenticity.

Please package the pearls in a way that they will not be damaged in transit.

We recommend sending the pearls using a courier service such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. You are at liberty to use the USPS as well, if you so choose. We also recommend that you insure your package for the value of its contents. We are not responsible for packages being lost or damaged by the shipper.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping when returning an item for refund or exchange. For your convenience, you may purchase a pre-paid UPS shipping label from National Pearl to facilitate the transit of your package from your location to ours. This should provide substantial savings over shipping via UPS, FedEx, or DHL as an individual.

Will I receive a full refund?

Yes. You will receive a full refund for all merchandise returned in original condition with three exceptions:

1. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. If your jewelry required customization (custom length or clasp), the cost of customization will be deducted from your refund. For necklaces and bracelets, this charge is normally one dollar ($1.00 USD) per inch with a $10 minimum deduction for each customized piece.

Traditional jewelers purchase their pearls from wholesalers, who purchase from importers, who purchase from dealers, who purchase from processing plants, who purchase their pearls from pearl farmers.
