We encourage you to have your jewelry appraised by an independent appraiser. National Pearl guarantees that all jewelry sold by National Pearl, when appraised by a qualified pearl appraiser, will appriase for at least five times the price you paid.

We are able to offer such low prices on high-quality pearl jewelry for several reasons. Traditional jewelers purchase their pearls from wholesalers, who purchase from importers, who purchase from dealers, who purchase from processing plants, who purchase their pearls from pearl farmers. Each time the pearls change hands, with each party adding their profit to them, the prices increase.

Traditional jewelers also have high overhead because of their wide selection of other jewelry such as diamonds. Along with the cost of operating a retail location and showroom with several employees, traditional jewelers must charge much more for the same product.

National Pearl cuts out several of the 'middlemen' mentioned above, and as an Internet-based jeweler, we do not have to operate a retail location. We purchase our pearls directly form overseas at much lower prices and pass the savings on to our customers. We have found that we sell our pearls directly to you for less than what jewelry stores pay wholesalers.

With our pearls costing much less than the true retail value, it's easy to get an appraisal several times higher than what you pay at National Pearl.

If you find that your appraisal does not meet this guarantee, you may return your jewelry within ninety (90) days of date of purchase for a full refund*.

90-Day Return Policy

National Pearl has a very low return rate and more than 96% of our customers are very pleased with their jewelry. Of the small percentage of returns we do receive, most of them are not based on satisfaction of the product, but other reasons (example: a customer's wife already had pearls or preferred another gift)

We honor our guarantee 100% of the time with no exceptions (when conditions listed below are met), no hassles, and with no questions asked. We are members of the Better Business Bureau and have had zero complaints for any reason whatsoever.

90-Day Guarantee

Any merchandise purchased from National Pearl may be returned to us for any reason within ninety (90) days of date of purchase with the following conditions:

1. Jewelry must be returned in original condition.
2. You must return any items included in your order including free items sent as a promotion and jewelry box(es).
3. You must send copies or originals of the packing slip and Certificate of Authenticity with your return.

If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to you with these possible deductions:

1. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. If your jewelry required customization, the cost incurred by National Pearl to customize your jewelry will be deducted from your refund. For necklaces and bracelets, the normal cost for customization is $1.00 per inch with a $10 minimum deduction for each customized piece.

There are absolutely no restocking, processing or hidden fees for returned orders when they meet the conditions stated above with the following exception: Items offered in the "sale & clearance" section or in monthly customer appreciation sales may have a restocking fee of up to 15%. National Pearl prides itself on its honesty. We will not fabricate reasons to deny your refund. To this date, no refund has ever been denied.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return your order to us for a refund or exchange.

You must notify us by phone or email before the 91st day after date of purchase stating your intention to return your merchandise. Your returned merchandise must arrive at our office within 100 days after the date of purchase.

We request that you provide a note in your returned package that details your desire for a refund or exchange.

We process returns quickly and without any hassle to our customers. Credit is issued within three business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. If your purchase was made using a credit card, we will issue the credit to the card used for the original transaction. If you paid by check or by any other method or if your refund is processed sixty days or more after the date of purchase, your refund will be issued by check written in the name of the person who made the original purchase. Checks are sent by U.S. Mail and may take up to 10 business days to arrive.

After your ninety day evaluation period has expired (on the 91st day after date of purchase), National Pearl will not accept jewelry for exchange or refund.
